The entire first floor of the West Village Lodge will be reserved for USCSA athletes for the week. |
Opening Ceremonies
Monday, March 10, 5pm - 8pm
West Village Lodge Mt. Bachelor Athletes and coaches are invited to enjoy dinner, outdoor games and a DJ. Dress warm and bring your school flag!

Final Awards - UPDATED!Saturday, March 15, 6pm - 9pm
Exhibit Hall at Riverhouse Lodge 3075 N Hwy 97 Bend, OR 97703 Athletes and coaches are invited to join us for a buffet dinner at 5pm and the Final Awards Ceremony at 6pm Due to the cancelation of Saturday's Nordic events, today's Daily Awards will be held at 5:30pm Cocktail attire optional! |

Driving Time
Riverhouse Lodge in Bend is 25 miles from Mt. Bachelor, or about 35 minutes. Parking Info All USCSA events will take place from the West Village base area. Officials will have specialized parking; all others will be directed to free general parking or can purchase premium parking online in advance. Spectators & Family
SPECTATOR VIEWING AREAS
Alpine, Snowboard and Freeski:
All spectating that is accessible by foot is free. If spectators wish to view events from higher than the finish corrals, or to ski (alpine or Nordic) or snowboard, information about purchasing special spectator-rate tickets is below. |
SPECTATOR TICKETS (TUESDAY, MARCH 11 - SATURDAY, MARCH 15)
Alpine, Snowboard and Freeski: For spectators who wish to ski/snowboard and observe events beyond the finish corrals, you can purchase your alpine/snowboard/ freeski spectator tickets online here. Discounted spectator daily ticket prices are as follows:
Nordic: There is no cost for spectating at Nordic events. If you wish to ski, access the trail system from the Nordic Lodge trailhead ONLY. Discounted trail passes are available at the following rates and can be purchased online here or via the button below, or in-person at the Nordic Lodge:
The Nordic Center has a large rental fleet of skate and classic skis as well as snowshoes. Dog policy: Dogs are allowed on-leash in the Mt. Bachelor parking lot and in the designated off-leash dog park zone. Dogs are not allowed in Alpine or Nordic spectator areas, even on leash. |

On-Site Merch
2025 Nationals merch will be available on-site through Northwest Designs Ink. Logo-ed apparel will be available on t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, and performance wear in various colors. Stop by their table at Riverhouse Lodge throughout the week. **10% of all sales go back to support USCSA** |
Team Store
Visit the 2025 Nationals Team Store to order memorabilia through SYNC. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of all embroidered gear and 2-3 weeks for delivery of all Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printed apparel. All gear is embellished via embroidery, other than the Adult and Junior Hoodies and T-Shirts, which are embellished with DTG printing. |
