The entire first floor of the West Village Lodge will be reserved for USCSA athletes for the week.

Opening Ceremonies ​

Monday, March 10, 5pm - 8pm

Athletes and coaches are invited to enjoy dinner, outdoor games and a DJ. Dress warm and bring your school flag!

  • 5pm-6pm: Some teams assigned to enjoy dinner, while others enjoy outdoor games
  • 6pm-7pm: Opening Ceremonies line-up and processional
  • 7pm-8pm: The rest of the teams enjoy dinner, while those who ate in the first round partake in the outdoor games

Driving Time
Riverhouse Lodge in Bend is 25 miles from Mt. Bachelor, or about 35 minutes.  

Parking Info
All USCSA events will take place from the West Village base area. Officials will have specialized parking; all others will be directed to free general parking or can purchase premium parking online in advance. Teams with trailers will be directed to the Nordic bank.

Spectators ​& Family

SPECTATOR VIEWING AREAS
Alpine, Snowboard and Freeski:
  • There will be designated routes for spectators to walk from the parking lot to the finish corrals. Spectators cannot hike higher than the finish corrals. To view other sections of the courses, spectators must purchase a discounted spectator ticket and load the lift with skis or a snowboard, adhering to all rope and fence closures.
  • Alpine skiing (GS and slalom), snowboard freestyle (cross, rail jam, slopestyle), freeski (cross, rail jam, slopestyle) and alpine snowboard (GS and slalom) are accessible by foot off the West Village Lot around the base of the Pine Marten chairlift.

​Nordic:
  • Nordic events are accessible by foot off the West Village Lot by the Nordic Lodge. There will be a designated route for spectators to walk from the parking lot to the start/finish corral at the Nordic stadium by the dog park. To view other sections of the courses, spectators must purchase a discounted spectator ticket and access the trails via skis.

​All spectating that is accessible by foot is free. If spectators wish to view events from higher than the finish corrals, or to ski (alpine or Nordic) or snowboard, information about purchasing special spectator-rate tickets is below.

SPECTATOR TICKETS (TUESDAY, MARCH 11 - SATURDAY, MARCH 15)
Alpine, Snowboard and Freeski: For spectators who wish to ski/snowboard and observe events beyond the finish corrals, you can purchase your alpine/snowboard/ freeski spectator tickets online here. Discounted spectator daily ticket prices are as follows:
  • Adult (ages 19-64) $89
  • Senior (ages 65+) & Teen (ages 13-18) $69
  • Youth (ages 6-12) $59​
ALPINE/SNOWBOARD/FREESKI SPECTATOR TICKETS

Nordic:
There is no cost for spectating at Nordic events. If you wish to ski, access the trail system from the Nordic Lodge trailhead ONLY. Discounted trail passes are available at the following rates and can be purchased online here or via the button below, or in-person at the Nordic Lodge:
  • Adult (ages 19-64) $22
  • Senior (ages 65+) & Teen (ages 13-18) & Youth (ages 6-12): $15​
  • Snowshoeing is available out of the Nordic Lodge. Purchase tickets on-site at the Nordic Lodge.

The Nordic Center has a large rental fleet of skate and classic skis as well as snowshoes.
DISCOUNTED NORDIC TICKETS FOR SPECTATORS

​Dog policy:
 Dogs are allowed on-leash in the Mt. Bachelor parking lot and in the designated off-leash dog park zone. Dogs are not allowed in Alpine or Nordic spectator areas, even on leash.

Visit the 2025 Nationals Team Store to order memorabilia through SYNC.

Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of all embroidered gear and 2-3 weeks for delivery of all Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printed apparel. All gear is embellished via embroidery, other than the Adult and Junior Hoodies and T-Shirts, which are embellished with DTG printing.
