Step 1: Pre Registration
AthletesContact your Conference Coordinator regarding your eligibility BEFORE you register for Nationals.
All competing athletes and teams must be in good standing with the USCSA. All TEAMS must be registered with the USCSA to compete at Nationals. NOTE: if anyone on your team is adding on "cross" as a supplemental discipline at Nationals, you must have a freeski team registered. |
CoachesAll coaches must be registered as a coach / official / volunteer with the USCSA BEFORE arriving in at Mt. Bachelor.
Registration records will be cross-referenced between Nationals and the National Office. |

AthletesAll qualified athletes must register online before arriving at Mt. Bachelor. Registration is through your SportsEngine account.
Athletes who elect a skier-cross add-on MUST be registered (through your in-season registration) with freeski as a secondary discipline. Athletes who elect a Nordic add-on MUST be registered (through your in-season registration) with Nordic as a secondary discipline. See below for more information on fees and options for payment. |
CoachesEvery team is defined as having three athletes or more.
Each team is allotted one coach per team at no charge. Additional coaches may be registered for an extra fee. All coaches must complete both registrations (in-season and Nationals) and all associated eligibility components before arriving on venue. |
Step 3: Fees, Tickets & How to Pay
All fees must be paid in order to participate. Fees only apply to athletes and additional coaches beyond the one allotted coach per team. There are no team fees. See the full fee breakdown below.

Training Tickets
Alpine/Snowboard/Freeski/Nordic Training tickets are available for athlete use on Sunday, March 9 and Monday, March 10.
Training tickets must be purchased online (link available soon) in advance. Pick up tickets at any ticket pick-up venue at Mt. Bachelor or in Bend. Training days are included in all coach credentials. |

Step 5: Attend an Informational Session
All registered athletes and coaches are invited to attend a virtual information session about the event, where everyone can have the opportunity to ask questions from USCSA leadership.
Call-in information also will be provided via email to all registered athletes and coaches before each call. |

Even if you have already registered online, at least one representative per school must come to check-in.
If your team is not able to visit check-in, please have another team check in for you. Check-in CLOSES on Monday, March 10 at 2:00pm!!!! You must be registered by then, and at least one representative from your school must have come to check-in by then to pick up all credentials. |
Lodging
Riverhouse Lodge is located directly on the Deschutes River in Bend, Oregon and offers a range of accommodations. The lodge features extensive conference and event spaces, including a 36,000-square-foot convention center and multiple meeting rooms.
Check-in and all awards ceremonies, including Daily Awards and Final Awards, will take place at the Riverhouse Lodge.
There is a limited block of rooms reserved for USCSA athletes at Riverhouse Lodge. Book your lodging through USCSA's room block while availability remains.
