This Registration Form is to register Teams ONLY; each athlete MUST also complete Individual Registration. Athletes who do not complete Individual Registration will not be eligible to compete in any USCSA event. You can find the Registration link here.
If your school is not listed, please contact the National Office to have it added. Remember that you also need to contact your Conference Coordinator to register with your Conference. |

The team contact will receive an email each Wednesday morning detailing your registration status. Attached will be a PDF of your Academic Report that MUST be signed by the registrar and submitted to the USCSA National Office. To submit your Signed Academic Report Electronically:

Fees |
Institution Fee: Annual per institution
Team Fee: Annual per discipline, per gender (i.e. Alpine Male, Nordic Female etc.)
* Teams that opt to pay offline (via check) must still register online and are subject to an additional $25 processing fee and must also fill out the Team Membership Form. ** After December 1st, the ONLY accepted method of payment is by CC. |
