March 6th, 2021 update: As we begin to look towards the 2021/2022 season, the USCSA Membership Committee has approved the following policy: The USCSA will review registration fee refunds and/or transfers for the 2020-2021 season until June 01, 2021. After this date, no refunds will be issued. This includes all Team, Institution, and Individual registration fees.

This Registration Form is to register Institutions & Teams ONLY; each athlete MUST also complete Competitor Registration. Athletes who do not complete Competitor Registration will not be eligible to compete in any USCSA event. You can find the Registration link here.

Coaches |
All coaches MUST complete the separate Coach, Official & Organizer registration form and complete the mandatory criminal background screening before being allowed on the competition venue. Administrators for student led teams are not required to complete this form.

Registration Protection |
Understanding the uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic, the USCSA is offering a Registration Protection Program for the 20-21 Competition Season. Athletes and teams can request a full refund of National Office registration dues for any reason until January 4th, 2021. Requests made after January 4th will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If requesting refunds for multiple registrations and/or team members, please make a single request with all listed registrations to refund for faster processing. Refunded registrations will be marked inactive for the duration of the 20-21 season. Reinstatements may be permitted on a case-by-case basis if circumstances around original refund request can be shown to have been resolved. Registrations this applies to:

*Institutions only registering TEAMS of Less than 3 Members only pay Discipline Fees. Teams that grow beyond 3 members after registration for the current competition season will be required to pay full Institution & Discipline fees the following year.

*** Teams that pay dues by check must still register online and complete the Team Offline Payment Request Form separately. Payments done this way incur an additional $25 processing fee per check that should be included with submission.

Waivers |
2.1.3 Fees Waivers. A waiver is an action exempting an individual or institution from the application of a specific regulation. A waiver requires a formal approval based on evidence of compliance with the specified conditions or criteria under which the waiver is authorized. The Finance Committee shall have the authority to waive Competitor Registration or Team Fees based on an official request submitted to the Finance Committee through the USCSA National Office.
