The USCSA is run almost entirely by volunteers. The Board of Directors and the National Office work with the Managing Director to support national operations, registration, marketing, communications and the U.S. Collegiate Ski & Snowboard National Championships.
The Board is advised and supported by the various committees, which are made up of USCSA leadership and external volunteers and partners, and the Student-Athlete Representatives. Each conference operates as an entity of the USCSA and manages its own events, finances and membership. Almost all of USCSA’s leadership are former student-athletes and alumni.
