USCSA STRATEGIC PLAN

The USCSA has released its first-ever strategic plan. This five-year plan is the culmination of several years of work by the USCSA Strategic Planning Committee, with input from the Board of Directors, elected VPs, Conference and Division Coordinators, Summer Conference attendees, and many more. This plan outlines our mission, vision and core values and provides a roadmap for the organization between now and 2027. Read more via the button below.

THE USCSA NEEDS YOU!

We have several exciting opportunities to engage more with the USCSA.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee
In order for USCSA to carry out its mission and achieve its vision, we must recognize, acknowledge and address any and all barriers to inclusion and participation.

Conversation and action are what create change, and USCSA has committed to the first step by creating a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee (DEIC). To promote a future of access, diversity, and inclusion in our sport, we are asking our community to join us and apply to be a member of this Committee and help us create an equitable and inclusive environment for all. Committee membership is open to student athletes, volunteers, coaches, parents and any other individual who wants to contribute to this conversation within the USCSA.

We are seeking individuals from across our membership and communities who have experience in areas including, but not limited to, antiracism, ability, class, gender and/or sexuality anti-discrimination. This group will develop and guide policies and procedures for the USCSA for years to come. Please fill out this application form if you are interested in participating in this committee.

Northern California Conference Coordinator
We are searching for a new Conference Coordinator for the Northern California Conference. Are you living in or around northern California or the Reno area? Please spread the word and let us know if you're interested!

USCSA Bylaws section 2.4.8: Conference coordinators duties include but are not limited to: upholding the tenets of the USCSA Mission Statement, representing the USCSA at a local level, registration, and adherence to the standard operating procedures for Conference Coordinators, fiscal responsibility and reporting, upholding USCSA rules, upholding eligibility requirements, and the USCSA code of conduct. Please refer to the rest of the Bylaws section for additional details and duties.

Visit our Volunteers webpage for additional details about Conference Coordinator duties.
