BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors and the National Office work with the Executive Director to support national operations, registration, marketing, communications and the U.S. Collegiate Ski & Snowboard National Championships.
The Board is advised and supported by USCSA's various committees, which are made up of USCSA leadership and external volunteers and partners, and the Student-Athlete Representatives. Almost all of USCSA’s leadership are former student-athletes and alumni.

The Board of Directors is elected each year at the Annual Conference by the Conference Coordinators, elected Vice Presidents and other Board members. The Board meets monthly to direct strategy, review policies and oversee the overall organizational structure of the USCSA.

Serving on the Board allows me to support the future of collegiate snowsports and the next generation of passionate athletes.

Serving on the USCSA Board has allowed me to help grow snowsports in the Southeast region and ensure student-athletes have access to meaningful, team-oriented competition. I love being part of the USCSA Board because this organization has played a meaningful role in my life as both an athlete and a coach, and I want to help ensure that opportunity exists for others. USCSA is unique in the way it brings together athletes from all backgrounds, from varsity programs to student-led clubs, to compete at a high level in an inclusive and supportive environment. I love the USCSA because I love skiing and ski racing, and I LOVE coaching! Throughout a career that has spanned 30+ year of coaching, from Juniors all the way to international competitions, USCSA is the one organization that makes decisions with what best for the athletes at the forefront. Everyone involved in USCSA knows that we do this for the skiers and does everything in their power to make it a positive experience.

I started volunteering with my local region with the USCSA while I was still an athlete and I have been helping out ever since. This organization and this sport has given me so many opportunities to grow into a leader within my community. I am thrilled to be able to keep giving back in a meaningful way so that the USCSA can continue to provide experiences and opportunities to the thousands of student athletes that participate with us every year.

The USCSA was the best part of my college experience. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors and help ensure our athletes have an experience just as impactful. As a former athlete, student representative, volunteer, and coach, it has been incredible to watch our athletes grow throughout their time with the organization. This USCSA offers leadership and volunteer opportunities to student athletes in an environment that gets them outside doing the sports they love. It doesn't really get any better.
