The USCSA strives to make available to its members information about our current Rules and Bylaws, as well as changes that take place from year to year.
Competition and Rules Manual (CAR)
The Competition and Rules (CAR) Manual for each season is the comprehensive list of Rules for athletes to review and abide by through the competitive season. While some conferences might include additional competition manuals specific to their region, the CAR Manual is the guiding document for the entire USCSA.
In an effort to provide transparency and clarity for our membership, we provide a change log that highlights the updates made each year to the CAR.

Bylaws and
Articles of Incorporation
In the 2018-2019 season, the USCSA updated the structure of its Board of Directors and Bylaws. This is an exciting improvement to the governance of the organization, allowing for more support through various Committees and sub-Committees, and better division of labor.

USCSA Protest and Appeals Policy
This policy defines the Protest & Appeals Process and is written in accordance with USCSA By-Laws to provide membership with a clear understanding of the overall appeals process and recourse available.
