RULES & BYLAWS
The USCSA strives to make available to its members information about our current Rules and Bylaws, as well as changes that take place from year to year.
Competition and Rules Manual (CAR)
The Competition and Rules (CAR) Manual for each season is the comprehensive list of Rules for athletes to review and abide by through the competitive season. While some conferences might include additional competition manuals specific to their region, the CAR Manual is the guiding document for the entire USCSA.
In an effort to provide transparency and clarity for our membership, we provide a change log that highlights the updates made each year to the CAR.

Bylaws and
Articles of Incorporation
The USCSA updated the structure of the Board of Directors and Bylaws in 2018. This created an improved governance structure which allows for enhanced support through various Committees and subcommittees.
