VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

2026-27 Coach, Official, Volunteer Registration is Open

Registration for the 2026-2027 season for all coaches, officials, volunteers, Conference Coordinators, Division Coordinators, and all other USCSA event supporters is open. All eligibility criteria must be completed as well.

Process

1. Before You Start: Gather Your Info

  • Conference and/or division affiliation

  • Confirmation of health insurance

  • Emergency contact information

2. Access SportsEngine

  • Click on the button below to access the coach/official/volunteer registration.

  • If you are new to the USCSA, you will need to create a SportsEngine account.

  • If you have been a USCSA member previously, login with the same information you used in the past. If you forget your SportsEngine account login information, you can recover it by clicking here.

3. Register Yourself

  • All USCSA Conference Coordinators, Division Coordinators, officials, coaches, and volunteers must complete this membership registration and all eligibility components to be allowed on the competition venue.

4. Complete Your Eligibility Criteria

  • All USCSA Conference Coordinators, Division Coordinators, officials, coaches, and volunteers over the age of 18 must complete a background check and abuse prevention training prior to regular contact with student athletes.

    • The training will be managed and completed through SportsEngine.

    • If you have completed an approved SafeSport training in the current calendar year, you may be exempt from the USCSA training.

    • If you have received an automatic email from SportsEngine notifying you that your Abuse Prevention Training is expiring soon, you will be able to renew it once this registration opens.

    • Review and be aware of USCSA's Abuse & Molestation Prevention Policy.

  • ​All USCSA Conference Coordinators, Division Coordinators, officials, coaches, and volunteers must also complete concussion training.​
