The Board of Directors and the National Office work with the Executive Director to support national operations, registration, marketing, communications and the U.S. Collegiate Ski & Snowboard National Championships.

The Board is advised and supported by USCSA's various committees, which are made up of USCSA leadership and external volunteers and partners, and the Student-Athlete Representatives. Almost all of USCSA’s leadership are former student-athletes and alumni.

The Board of Directors is elected each year at the Annual Conference by the Conference Coordinators, elected Vice Presidents and other Board members. The Board meets monthly to direct strategy, review policies and oversee the overall organizational structure of the USCSA.

I love the USCSA because I love skiing and ski racing, and I LOVE coaching! Throughout a career that has spanned 30+ year of coaching, from Juniors all the way to international competitions, USCSA is the one organization that makes decisions with what best for the athletes at the forefront. Everyone involved in USCSA knows that we do this for the skiers and does everything in their power to make it a positive experience.
