The USCSA is run almost entirely by volunteers. All Conference Coordinators, Division Coordinators, and sport VPs are volunteers who are  elected to their roles. Almost all of USCSA’s leadership are former student-athletes and alumni.

​Each conference operates as an entity of the USCSA and manages its own events, finances and membership.

Each of the 11 conferences is run by a Conference Coordinator who manages the events, operations and membership of each conference.

The Eastern and Midwest Conferences all have Division Coordinators, who support the divisions within their respective conferences.
